TRSF scene? and as i have proclaimed for a long time. Psytrance is getting more and more "commercial" .. Less drugs, more pumping on the dancefloor at kids party's.. just look at my hero's Infected Mushroom. But this is an old discussion than non of us want to dig up. Keep listening to what you like, and ignore the rest. *boja*

Well you wrote it and ill quote it. As long as you write about it, people (like me) is gonna answer it.
If you ask me you are the sad one. Music has to develope as opeople has to. DOn't be stuck in the past, go with it as the artist who has the brain and talend to do it, like Infected fx.
Nothing that is underground will stay like that forever. And what is so bad about less drugs? Did'nt get that part.
But anyway its not a negative quote so don't get mad or nothing. Just moove with it don't go against it, it will jsut break you.
for everone.. trance is art!

TIP in our days is loosing much of its old time glamour and quality due its latest releases that are very average in my humble opinion
|
|
Hopefully it's not the same for the whole TIP World crew !!
Surround Sound and especially 10 Kilo and Lucky 7's remain very interesting !

for me "beyond color" was the bomb, the
prime time of middle european psy.
after that it has been a steady decline
(i don't mean just tip world).
but that's my problem... or was .
i've found lots of new interesting music
to tickle me brain and soul ... |

Who cares what he does. If you don't like it, don't buy it. It's as simple as that.

Well I do. Care I mean. Raja used to be so much more man. Now he just gets so much more money. It's the same if your hotshot trance act, be that Astrix or whatever suddenly started making umm, ok it doesn't work with Astrix

Oh boy do we care!! tHAt`s THE WHOLE POINT WITH MY POST!! `My two passions in music WAS Depeche Mode and psytrance... now it`s dM only!
Reason is the almost complete lack of innovative music in the psytrance-scene. It`s not only Raja ..sad to say...well well ..still got ManWithNoName, Hallucinogen and the MIGHTY Juno |

Well in that case Manaslu it seems what you have is not a problem with Raja but with psytrance in general....in that case maybe you should stick to Depeche Mode..... |

What the fuck Depeche Mode and Metallica have to do with poor Raja Ram .
Commercial
past was less commercial
bla bla bla all chicken learned new words.
Look on it as art and not as business . It is highest fame for any group to perform on MTV worldwide . |

Raja Ram, yes, he has made some quite enjoyable music. He was never a "hero" of mine and actually I am not very interested in this topic.
Mainly I am wondering why you are bringing up drugs here EYB?
I noticed the same in the trance politics-thread.
People get "attacked" for drug-using, although there was no talk about it.
Why is it that non-drug-users accuse other people for (mis)using drugs, to try to make their arguments look stupid?
I don´t really expect an answer, cause that would go completely offtopic, but maybe think about it a bit |
