I just love this question Caligula....prolly the best question to date!
Well i must admit i didnt know at first...an i didnt use google...
i went thru my vault of books (i have a load) and found
"Chemistry - The Molecular Nature of Matter and Change - 2nd Edition" by Martin S. Silberberg
fantastic read!
75th element is RHENIUM abbreviated "Re"
now...the seond part of this question i knew already thanks to CHEM108F, which are partook in a good 4 years ago...
so here goes...
The reason it is the 75th element is because its Atomic Number, which is 75, which means it has 75 protons in its nucleus of each of its atoms...
whihc brings me to this fascinating definition of the Atomic Number from the afore mentioned book...
"Atomic Number (Z) of an element equals the number of protons in the nucleus of each of its atoms (the element that is). All atoms of a particular element has a different atomic number from that of any other element"
INcredible...almost as cool as BILL NAAAAAI THE SCIENCE GUY!
some other fascinating info
The Atomic Mass of Rhenium is 186.2
now i bet none of you knew that! |

'i wish i could kill..'
jesus man just shut the fuck up.. your rantings are unbearably childish. yes, people disagree with your holier-than-thou opinions... deal with it or life is gonna be very hard for you.
l337, another question: what do you think of 'I WISH I COULD KILL PROTOCULTURE'?

well i personally think the lanugage is a bit over the top and uncalled for...
and its disrepectful.
I didnt read everything that happened on BOM... so i cant say i have a fair idea of the circumstances
i think Glitch is just a little stressed with exams....
However i think this whole protoculture glitch thing must just go to rest...
I think from my own expierences with ranting, making threats and cussing doesnt really do much, i think the general stance of each part is known and should now be left at that... |
