Artist you listen to is musicians who expand their minds in that way, that you sober can do the same...shortly...they created their little worlds
Psytrance&drugs is like alcohol&ugly chicks, just that, you can see or hear whatever you want when you are influenced by something, but real deal is always there...no need for chemicals my friend at all
and big tip...if it sounds crappy when you are sober,it's crapy big time |

If you honestly can't imagine how drugs can help your life then you're approaching drugs with the entirely wrong mindset. You just sound like you've burned out and are taking it out on everyone else who still enjoys it.

Anyone who has meant me in person would, most likely, strongly disagree with your presumption. I am not taking anything out on anyone, I am challenging the status quo, questioning the current thinking in counter culture.
Do you really believe that genuine spiritual growth comes from drug use? What about the age old tradition of hard work and discipline?

in this subject there are two types of very annoying people:
1) those who argue that you need, need, need the drugs to get the real deal of the music, spirituality, etc
2) those who argue that drugs are bad, bad, bad and only without them can you get the real deal of the music, spirituality, etc. Of this type the worst are the ones that used to do drugs and but no longer do them so they feel that they have "been there, done that" and now hold the absolute thruth about this subject (forgetting that its merly their own personal experience). They are like the born again Christians of the anti drug movement.. quite annoying...
I think better to just respect the different perspectives and ways of thinking because what is true to someone may not be for somebody else. respect

@Aluxe
I agree, respect all others and their thoughts and believes, but you just brake that shit with your 1 & 2 and I did it too now, because of this reply,so it's fucked up shit really
it's like this: "I respect you, but I must make a fun of it, or just to say I'm bit annoyed of your shit, but respect your shit, but not that much to not talk about it in critique way to make my point"
Paradox

Yussss, true. Psychedelic music just sounds more, I dunno, 'proper' on it. As clichéd as it sounds, the music feels like it makes much more sense; each sound fitting like the pieces of a jigsaw puzzle, coming in waves... Eep. Now I'm getting a bit too subjective. |

Some people still achieve this connection with the music sober, it's easier with the drugs, some people need the help I guess. |

Yes absolutely spiritual growth can come from drug use, that isn't a 'belief' that is fact. I've experienced it firsthand and I've heard numerous tales of others doing the same.
It's not all about amazing spiritual experiences that 'connect us with god' sometimes it can be very simple realizations that drugs opened up to us.

Bah, what's the point even arguing about this anymore. As long as you are able to stay awake you should be able to create a good experience for yourself.
Heck I fell asleep standing on the floor at the last festival, still had a great time.

| Who said anything about amazing spiritual experiences with God?
It is possible to have very simple realizations without drugs. |
