i firmly believe that some people definitely should NOT make art. I see and hear examples of this all the time. Art is magic, which can be extremely dangerous in the wrong hands.
watch the film "exit through the gift shop," a film about street artist Thierry Guetta a.k.a. "Mr Brainwash" for a prime example of someone who shouldn't make art.
or how about those nazi punk bands? I know this is an extreme example, but I really feel that these people should not make art.

Everyoe has the right to do art and it most comprehensive definition almost everyone makes art.
ALso everyone has the right to show their work in public if they want.
And everyone has the right to don't like it and ignore it.
I dont understand how a community in subculture which suffer many times from repression could think otherwise about free expresion.

Yes, deffenitly everybody should do art. It frees ones mind.
If this art is shown to the public the artist has to face the reactions or he or she can also ignore it.
For example: the reason for publishing my mixes in the past (and some of them really were not that good) was just to give somebody the chance to feel as free as I felt during the time when I did this mix.

exactly  . he is even better than eskimo if it comes to playing live. it is not my idea of encouragement or a good experience with music after 4 billion years of age, but anyway i wish him a more serious performance in the future

well because its art then you can fake it i guess
like the black square. everyone can paint it . you just need a gallery and some flyers and people will come look.
biggest fraud ever
the art of being fraud cause you have no real talent
so people should really stop learning how to paint and we will never see amazing pictures anymore only black squares. 
i bet all would love that

And of course this is as it is with most commercial music (commercial is made of the word 'commerce').
So there are enough people with No Taste to appreciate (spend money on) No Talent.

What are you kidding. That is KILLAAAH! You try doing those circles with your fingers with each going different direction - I can't do it that smooth. Act like that takes hours of practice in front of large mirror. Mirror like that is very heavy and dangerous to install. Imagine the practice it takes to keep a straight face while looking like a fool.
