I can see that you dont understand and like psychedelic music with floor, walls and roof. I know perfectly well what you are talking about and which tracks/parts your refering to. But no, you are so wrong. There is NOTHING wrong with the mastering, you just dont seem to understand, or like his vision. Do I have to elebarate? Do I have to convince you? =)

you don't have to convince me. i love his tracks, as i wrote in the first post. that's why i don't need you to elaborate. i think i know a few things about psychedelic music so don't act like Mr. Know it all, and learn to hear others' opinions as well (as u can see, i wasn't the only one who refered to the mastering issue).

yeah, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean for it to sound like "I know it all". But to the point. What do you mean about the mastering? Can you write a post claiming where the mastering is bad. Because as I wrote, it's more about putting a floor, walls and roof to your tripping experience. You wrote that the baseline wasn’t to good ect (some places). But this is just it. It's supposed to be like that. It creates a world with a purpose. As I wrote earlier, i might be wrong, though I doubt it. But please, write a small post pointing out the area of where the sound quality ect is so bad that you regrets buying your copy. I will take a listen, and see if I can see your point of view.

This album is still kicking hard. Timeless.

Sweet ..Just a thought. I can see why people who DL the album/tracks can wrinkle their nose of the production. The sound is special, i agree. But bad, i doubt it. Everything cant be plasticboombastic.

o.k., i tested it again, this time i played the cd together with Mubali- Cats@ Play and Double R.E.L- Cereal Killerz, in order to compare between them.
i think what bothers me is that the kick and bassline are shadowed by the rest of the elements of the tracks (i hear it especially in Propaganda remix). In the Mubali and Double R.E.L's cds the bassline is much more felt, even though their style is also full with FX (as oppose to the minimal psy aka Deviant, NRS etc).
imo, in Psykovsky's cd, the bassline should have been turned a bit up.
that's it, but musically speaking- Psykovsky is crazy and i'm getting addicted to Wishful Sinful

sorry but the bassline and kick being shadowed by the rest is exactly how its supposed to be. its genius, it creates a very strong tryptamine feeling, and if you know which feeling i mean, than you would never ever doubt in the mastering quality and you would KNOW that this is IT

I deffently rest my case. It's the way it's supposed to be.
As mentioned before. It creates floor, walls and roof to his world. It's genius I tell oyu, genius!

Why drugs? I feel all the meaning behind his music without drugs. It's just extremely psychedelic and it deserves to be called psytrance. (hence the name folks)           "Subconscious unravels at the point of death, and all time it has known erupts into a moment. As death extinguishes us, so we become it."

For once (or third, hehe) I have to agree with Acidhive. One should, and one does feel the psychedelic effect of Psykovsky's music without drugs (not that psychedelic substances are unwanted while listening to Psykovsky and other psycedelic music producers). It's just that brilliant. Yes, it truly does deserve to be labeled "psy-trance" with a capital PSY. But if I would have to box it (as we humans love to do) I would label this album "PsyCore" to the bone. Psycore was a genre that was invented with dark rolling baseline music from Russia. After a few months, this was ruined by copycats not understanding the essence of true psychedelic core music. Psykovsky just woke the bea(s)t up again from it's long and deep sleep. PsyCore is alive and kicking. And Mister Psykovsky is it's father. mmoohahah..

i dont mean you have to be high to understand it, it sure is one hell of a ride even sober, but to understand it truly, you should have had a/many psychadelic experiences, no matter how they were induced.
psycore isnt that bad name for this... some might wanna call it psy-"schranz" (sry dont know the exact english expression)

however, the sound is a little bit flat sometimes in my opinion. but still, i find this album the best psy-release ever...
