It's too bad that this place doesn't have a psytrance scene or any outdoor scene for that matter. And if it does, it's probably VERY underground and VERY GOOD.
This place is stunningly beautiful! Such a pristine natural environment can surely support a kick-ass outdoor scene of any type, especially psytrance.
There's so much untamed natural habitat. And 90-something percent of the land in Alaska is state or federally owned.
So many wide open spaces. So much freedom! So little authority. 10 acres seems to be the norm for land owners in the upper Mat-Su valley. That can spell P-A-R-T-Y for some people. But where's the partygoers? The spirit of nature is very intense in Alaska. But where's the dancing?
People could easily gather in the middle of "somewhere"  and set up shop and dance for three days nonstop. Nobody would freakin know...and probably wouldn't care either.
KOUNTERSTRIKE PRODUCTIONS is throwing an event called 'ONE' on April 17 at the Fairview Recreational Center.
He's bringing Mars (of Mars and Mystere of Frequency 8) up from San Fran.
Supossedly, he plays 'cybertrance', whatever that is.
