Take a look at the Doepfer A-132-3 Dual VCA. It has a selectable Lin/Exp response for each VCA. It would save you 8HP in your case instead the A-130 and A-131.

Yeah while it is a 2164 based VCA design so similar to the uVCA.
the reason the others were chosen is firstly, I prefer the sound of these ones over that of the 2164 and also they have 2 inputs instead of 1 both with independent controls for Mix amount so on the others you have the bonus of also having a MIXER per VCA.
On the dual design you give up that.

I have both the E350 and E340. If it came down to choosing one, the E350 wins by a longshot. It can function as both a VCO and LFO which will make it's numerous waveforms very flexible. The E340 is still a lot of fun but limited when compared to the E350.
Sound wise they are very clean and they track perfect. The build quality is rock solid and uses the nicest pots in all of of Eurorack.
