but it s not a narcotic. you can search (independent researches as this one i ve uploded) and see it doesn t have the characteristics of narcotics.
the basic fact is that marijuana is not toxic (does not kill or damage any kind of cells) at all.

there are two psychiatrist in greece who are saying these things
the one that you mention grivas in salonica and the other oikonomopoulos in athens
i dont want to tell my opinion in public about these guys, it isnt right because of my anonymity
i will just only say to you that many many other researches says opposite things
the fact that marijuana is not toxic or doesnt kill doesnt mean a lot. you can also have a lot of psychopathies and even worst to get totally crazy (when we talk about health damages) but the real damage isnt there
