There's no easy answer to this questions.
You'd have to see who are the people attending.
Have they smoked or tripped before?
Is it indoor or outdoor?
Will there be alcohol?
Etc etc...
But, I'd imagine that it be a little less crazy, as in you'd see fewer people 'flying'. Sure sober folks can really get into the 'zone' or 'vibe'. But that Fear and Loathing kind of frenzy may be missing.
Also, if people aren't high, there could be more stiffness, and in general less of an easy going attitude.
But these are all generalizations man.
