Well probably many people have gone to a party without taking some drugs ....
but , howw will be all the party if nobody have it or has other things?

Well think of this, there can be parties without drugs and drugs without parties, which couldn't u live without? Personally I hope I can speak for a majority and say PARTIES!!!!!!!!

A pwetty damn good one, i think. i don't want to dance with a crowd of glazed out people, or to make it worse - a crowd of halucinating people.
Pak-man, i concur. parties are the way to go. the music is the main theme here. everything else is simply byproducts. Not drug Depended is a good aphorism, people. think about it - do you really need that puff or that blotter to enjoy the party?

nope.
we realy need to go to the cinema? we realy need drink coca cola? to get a driving license? to eat candies? etc etc.
for me drugs are totaly separated from the music.
its more to get other perspective, to feel something else, to understand things from a different point of view, to get unusual spiritual moments... also just to have fun. and not to understand the music or to keep me dancing for hours.
but sometimes i do feel like experiencing all of the above @ a party... and i dont see anything wrong with it.

If you make a party without drugs the playboys will bring the drugs in...

With no acid or weed, well, do you people remember how the 'bad' crowd was when they drank alcohol before discovering drugs a few years ago? I remember shimonim starting fights when drunk. If they smoke some pot, maybe eat blotters or whatever, they become one with the music, and stop looking for something else to do. I'm sorry, but I don't miss the days when drunken shimons would go around the party trying to hit on girls, and from time to time fighting. Since they discovered MDMA and pot and stopped drinking in parties, we've come to know the 'harmless' faces. I haven't seen a fight in a party in YEARS, and guess what, I don't miss it.
This has NOTHING to do with the vibe that changed at parties, because the people are basically the same (well, maybe a smaller percentage of the ex-far east crowd). All of this talk here is on a very theoretical basis - the drugs at parties have their ups (people still going crazy to the music after 10 hours of dancing, a definate stronger appreciation of psychedelia, less aggression and a much higher concentration on the music) and their downs (people coming to parties in order to do drugs, the glazed eyes, sometimes erratic reactions to communication, or even worse, the pale sweaty teeth clenching hubba-bubba chewing people with glowsticks in their hands going crazy to ultra-cheesy music). None of us here is wise enough to know how it would be like without any drugs at parties.

hey traveller: to compare junkies with any drug user is way off.
u want a party without drugs? go dancing for urself, cos it wont happen.
drugs were always an element of human culture and it will always stay like that. |

Maybee a bit shorter, but i think it would be more quality. people will look for more interesting music and not only for power or drug experience enhancing music.
