How do tracks leak to the net

So.. the real problem is the Djs..
Who the hell needs them anyways? They get paid cause they play tracks that they got for free. Do they pay royalties? I don't think so. Why can't artists play their music in the parties by them selves? They would get more money, and wouldn't have too much time to create too much music..

well the internet is full of mp3 realising group they rip the artist cds , trax , vinyls , compilation in other words evrything!!!!!
if u trying 2 blame some is the artist that he gives his stuff 2 other ppl

where do you get your assumptions from? what experience have you had with labels that led you to think such horrible things about labels? Do you think that I enjoy seeing my compilation on the net a month before it was released? Do you think I would trade a man's creation just to get more music? why do you globalise? what about all the labels that do care about their artists and do try to keep the music from getting to the net before its released.
'They know they won't sell much anyway, and the big money comes from performing. So they give the unrl to their dj's and in the meanwhile the thing gets leaked to the net'
Again where do you get your assumptions from do you really think that a label owner after seeing that he did not sell enough will go on a vengence cruise and release all his unreleased track to the free world? WAKE UP MAN!!
And let me explain to you what is the importance of unreleased music not getting to the net before its released: Trance music has a very low "shelf-age" meaning a cd usually sells good between 2-5 months. Thats it!! so When a cd is released and the tracks arrive then to the net it still gives the music enough shelf-time to help us sell it a bit more. Its really hard for me to accept that there are people who think like you about the labels.
As for the Artists its most certainly not their fault unless they spread their music on purpose to get themselves more known among the hackers comunity. The artists interests as like ours is to make sure that the music coming out which is supposed to be unreleased will indeed be unreleased in the right time.
As for us to give you an example, as a lesson from the last compilation we did not give any of the tracks to no one and we will start to send our promo copies only when the cd is ready and not a minute before. If thats not keeping the artists interest then I dont know what would.
Sorry I was a bit aggressive but I was really and honestly amazed and disturbed by mika-a's reply

Blame the victim, he's asking for it. He deserves it. You can also blame the rape victim of asking for it. Same logic. Will you need a more blunt example to get that into your head?
