i listened to a planar magnetic cans for the first time hifiman 560 and wtf ! bass so tight and fast great details down there....the thing is almost totally flat from 20 to 1000 hz with unsmoothed measurment.

have to recheck the advantage of planar other dynamics, but it seems there is superior transients reponse / responsivness with planar ,also flat lowend . check in a store guys if u can.. it s seems very workable too, some kick bass that sounded decent but a bit off..where almost no driving at all on the he560 and were totally off..timing information/speed of sound are realy good on this it seems .
