In 17 years of listening to electronic music I'm yet to hear a GMS track that is interesting or psychedelic.

Pure hyped crap IMHO.

Oh but they're responsible for full on or something you say.

Well look where full on has got this scene!! Seriously??

All GMS did was ruin everything for everyone.

'Full on has got this scene' to exactly the same place that progressive, dark, zenonesque and neo-goa have brought it to. And it's all your fault. ;-)           Mastering - http://mastering.OOOD.net :: www.is.gd/mastering

I think they had their moments between 2002 and 2005 with the GMS project.
And the Riktam & Bansi project focused more on Progressive and Techno has some good tunes to offer, imo!

gms sure had good tracks in the early 00s, but are responsible for a lot of easy-listening to crappy commercial fullon. don't forget that alien jesus was a joint venture between oli wisdom and the guys from gms.
still, i enjoyed their liveset the last time i heard it. bog standard (or rather the prototype of) cheesy fullon is still good to dance to

riktam&bansi are neither psychedelic nor trance.

I think they did produce some good psychedelic stuff, check out this link for a set of their old tunes.

Name of the set : Howling Glad Psyentists           Mushrooms make you do crazy stuff. Look at Mario he jumps on animal heads and fights with dragons.

Last time I saw them was in their house/studio in 1997 and they had some awesome sound then... GMS to me had their artistic peak in the 90s...           Upavas - Here And Now (Sangoma Rec.) new EP out Oct.29th, get it here:
