+1!

f.e. "do androids dream of electric sheep" and "1.3 crumbs" still kick ass!

I like their contribution with chicago and raja as 1200 mics in the present time. I liked GMS also quite a lot in the 90s, times have changed though and it is normal to have another mind than exactly the same from the past. Still 1200 mics is good sound imo and they still work on new stuff.

I find Shpongle and Co is really cheese. What the gradpas do in this project is cool and real (atleat for their age hehe) lots of better than tons of pseudo psyhedelic wanna be fake hard mystics that get on your nerves and are ages too late to leave any impression.
but I see and understand that is sounds cheesy at leat in this track. There are a few others though , the album with thc, mescaline etc might be interesting to compare

eegh, 1200 mics and alien jesus are in my top5 all time worst "psy trance" acts ever

systembusters is imo their best collaboration (gms & lotus omega)...

i will agree that they indulge in some cheese now and again but,(even cheese in moderation is healthy)
you have to agree that they have produced some very psychedelic tunes. im a big fan

in fact,
back way then,
these guys converted me to psy-trance with tunes like "Arabian Knights on Mescaline" and the rare "death killer" , listen from the 5:00 minute mark

some respect to the pioneers who pushed boundries while you were ravin on 2unlimited that same time in history.

@TimeTraveller
I 90% agree with your point view above about cheese.

KEEP IN MIND folks
this track, and the 1st one i posted, is made before 2000. OLD analog shit..by electronic mad scientist. those days you had to know about electronics and sound engineering to achieve this groundbreaking sound. I admire that.

ps. ominous melodies in a trance tune is very appealing to my taste

this song gets its real meat from minute 2:30

If you never saw them between 1997 and 2001, you deft missed something special. The party would just go off (check samathraki DVD if you don't believe me). Everything since then has been rubbish. Couldn't bear to hear them now. What was that track "Protoss upgrade". Was ridiculous at the time.
