Get Bored of "Progressive Trance"

Hi eveybody!Well after of many years following as a listener the sound of Iboga,Plusquam,Spiral Traxx and more the last year I realized that and in this area of psy-trance things started to go a bit wrong for my ears..I can find the creativity of the previous years and for sure I am trying to understand the latest progressive releases but I can't...Also I saw how this music is composed and the purposes of it which are..I want to make it like etc Antix,Beckers,Motion in case to be released somewhere and as soon as possible..That reminds me full on politics..So I want your opinion about that things I said.

I can only agree. It's become yet another "forumula" music where only a very few stand out.
But that is very normal and I am sure something else will follow soner or later that will replace the dull copycats that always appear when a genre become popular. |

Yes, and this saying is VERY popular amongst the older generation. And our generation is doing the same.
So the answer is simple. If everything was better when you where young and so on,
the conclusion is that everything was better before humans became intellectual/existed.
I told a older person complain about how everything was better when he was young. .. He couldn’t argue, so he had too agree. lolimm

hmmmm...wel yes!i am also bored,because as tasos said,the prog trance genre sound much more repeatable the last months..there are of course exceptions,but for one good there are ten uninspired!stick to the classics

its always up and down in the music bizz...
some years are better than others..
just because something is new dosent equal good.. thats whay its so great we have the good old music
only a few tracks last so long...

voila but at a certain point you have imo a subconsious choise,
1. you accept it
and this is like the absolute freedom, that is why I experienced and I enjoy old goa just like I enjoy the new evolution of goa
2. you don't accept it
and leave goa and choose another direction, the ones who stick around and get let it go and keep on complaining are sometimes a pain in the ass but that's a period, they'll have to face the blue pill or red pill once

Do you people honestly believe it's different in say, techno? I bet if you surf on techno forums there are tons of people who say that 'techno used to be sooo good, but nowadays...' Look, there'll always be people complaining about stuff like that. And you know what? Let 'em! Just enjoy the music YOU care for... so what if you like prog now, or psytrance from 5 years back.
