I think that dark psy is losing its quality.I hear a lot of psyfarts coming from this genre nowadays.but I'm not worring cannabis will seperate herself from origano as always

Umm, I dont agree with you that full-on is similer to dark at all! For me its 2 different worlds, for example, listen to Penta/Kindzaza and then listen to Black & White, Exaile or whatever, and tell me its the same..
Could be its a good idea, but I think that Dark compilations should stay dark only, and Full-On compilations, should stay full-on only.. =)

hehe saylum penta and kindzadza are the only i can actully hear from this style but the basics are the same i think the fullon is copy paste music and the dark is also copy cat music same base line and same sound affects
lets take penta and kindzadza as ecseptions

Then you probably havent heared of Ocelot. If youre interested, listen to this project's latest album called 'Vector Selector', and then tell me that all the other dark is copy/paste.. You can find some samples here:

I can agree with you that alot of the full-on sounds the same, but certainly not everything! Same with dark, 3122 artists could sound the same to you, but there are always exceptions...
