Sounds lovely!
Really liking these modular sounds you've been posting, but I'm not so sure if I wanna go the modular route.
Well maybe one day
cheers. just a small simple patch like no trickery, but i hope it shows that having a great sound source takes a lot of the work out of getting a good result, that patch took about 5 mins to put together.....instant
also no presets so you have to get into synthesis and make your own sounds as you go along,
a very diciplined way to work,...............get the sound right , record it, unpatch... next part , and so on
i got a few modules im gonna do spy style related patch demos as no one seems to go there
be in touch

Discipline is one my main issues when it comes to music creation.
I'd probably noodle around all day long without making any progress
But the sounds coming from your system are totally gorgeous and at least a level above anything that comes out of my synths.
May I ask how much your setup has cost you?

maybe sylenth? sound like a bass that come out of something that sound a bit plastic and clean to me, maybe virus yes but with ace you can get close for sure with processing...
turn second lfo on osc and use this saw to get control on the phase ,send it to the first filter, then route first filter to second one to use the gain to drive it till a sweet spot, and turn off the offset hpf on the top right corner

a fair bit. dont know exactley but bout 2.5 grand all in,(pounds)
thing is its paid in bits, you dont buy it all at one time, and the second hand market on muffs is awesome, get 80% of the price new, or buy second hand and get all your money back, cant loose really, if you dont like something sell it buy another,
its getting the case and power supply first that puts most off but after that its a piece of cake,
tbh what most people spend in plugins over a couple of months is a brand new module to me

Hmmm , well this don't have to be virus , sylenth 1 will do the job with a simple saw wave , allot of saturation , layered basslines with on some the pitch velocity and automation on cutoff on your long bass notes example 1.4 of a bar to make it a bit zappy , vb1 will do the job also ! if you struggle to make it i can share an example , let me know

Sylenth1 should do able to replicate it I'm sure
2 osc
1 Ocs sine wave - for subs
2 osc saw wave- for mids and highs
Low pass filter
Adjust adsr to your liking. Maybe automate the release a bit to get a whoop effect.
A bit of eq! Make sure to eq your subs and mids and highs of the bass separately.
