I wish you Good Luck “LunaShamaDelic” with your parties. I can tell you one thing you don’t won’t to lose Money if you going to bring a big Artist. I used to make small parties like you want 300 to 700 psy-trance people, yes maybe I’m to commercial in the last 2 year’s and believe me we are still small next to Brazil, Mexico, Japan, Israel, Europe and few more country’s …. The psytrance Artist are very expensive today, it’s not like 2-3 years ago. Maybe Avalon sucks maybe you guys don’t like the crowd but the music still PsyTrance. Come for the music, come for the artist , I promises you a fucking killer music the second album of “Alien vs. The Cat” are very good ,very full-on and good sound they become bigger and bigger in the world and expensive TOO.

C'mon, people stop that complaining about the Spirit, the crowd, promoters.....
It's the same story over and over again. Nothing is going to change. We've seen parties at Spirit and Avalon, we all know what's going on there, the vibe the crowd, etc......so stop complaining about it every single time, it gets annyoing. Every time there is a post of a party in Avalon or Spirit I see 3-4 pages of complains. Please STOP IT. The promoters won't listen to you and won't respond to you because they're making tons of money on these parties either way (thanks to "unfriendly" crowd) I've expressed my frustration with this venues a few times in the past, got absolutely nowhere with that, so I stopped....and you should too. In my opinion we should be happy that we have an alternative party on that day and not complain about two parties on the same date. The only request I would add to the promoters is to stop posting parties on this forum that will take place in those venues.

LIRAN..BUDDY..i dont need to start throwing parties to see what i see now and to know what i know now..that u suck even more than ur cheesy parties..been to one years ago and will never set foot at any of ur events EVER....ur a lyuing piece of commercial shit..

ALIEN Vs. THE CAT is collaboration between ALIEN PROJECT (Ari Linker) and SPACE CAT (Avi Algranati). Both artists are major music producers from Israel, very well known in the scene. Combining Alien project deep and groovy base lines with Spacecat melodies and supper-produced sounds gives the audiences one of the best live shows in our galaxy. They are presently putting the final touches on their second album “ALIEN vs. THE CAT” that will be released on “Spun Records”. Released date April 2006.

those countries have that many fans to come to their party. this country not as many but we are true fans so if they dont want to come and play for us then dont come at all. the clubbers they will play for arent fans of them, they are fans of Avalon. atmosphere at a party is key.

this is not only directly at u mush 
but sometimes i get the feeling that some ppl think these artists get paid 40 dollars and a plane ticket lol..
of course they need a big venue as there going rate is very expensive, i dont know if most of u ever promoted parties, my pals are a org back in portugal and i tell u, its not very cheap... weve brought some nice artists and didn't make that much money and lost in some cases... and had aloott of ppl there...i dont think its the artists that dont want to come and play, as yes most are few but true fans here, but its very expensive, and its normal that the promoters after hard work (planing, decorating, booking ect.) would like to profit over it...
ive been to spirit for dino and sun and didnt think it was that bad accually, true not alot of ppl had ideia of what was playing or going on lol, but its normal they need a bigger venue to pay off the act,
i also agree to that here promoters do push it a bit as they dont have to rent out the P.A., circus tent(for winter outdoors) generator ect.ect. and still charge double the price from those countrys, well its too bad we can´t have outdoor events in ny and has to be indoors wich attract the more club goers i guess
refering the party if it where alien vs. quadra (save the robot) id be there in 2 seconds.. but this i'll have to sleep on it
anyway good luck to the event, have everyone who goes has a blast !!!

Dude, it's understandable in the winter months that you say there is no other venue, but if you throw a killer outdoor party in better weather, I'm sure a decent enough number of genuine trancers will show up... Maybe not enough to make the obscene profits you're used to, but I'm sure you will come out on top....
I'm just very biased against indoor psytrance parties! |

totally agree  , even in winter i perfer outdoors more expensive cause of circus tent, but better sound and space to dance, and ambiente as not "everyone goes just to go clubbin", but i dont know how the regulations are here in the u.s.a. how does the outdoor scene work here? maybe someone can enlighten me on it?

wanted to say a big HI to all the beautiful people on this forum.. ..am new to this place. Not at all new to the fantastic world of goa music though!!! Have been regularly reading your stuff for a lot of time....fantastic stuff n very nice people. 
Well I happened to be in NYC and did go to Avalon to see Alien Project n Space Cat. I was surprised to see no reviews what soever bout the party n was very dissappointed if many of u guys n gals from here did not come there just because of the "commercial club" (or maybe i did not recognize u guys cause I never saw much of the colourful trancers).
These guys just rock.....so talented and energetic... ..lots of t usual unsuspecting club goers who lost it when they started playing. I had never been to the club before n based on ur previous reviews of the place, I was expecting bad vibes yes....but the fact that such awesome artists were playing didnt stop me from driving 700 miles.....and boy was the place rockin!!! The people were good....all dancing with smiles a foot wide... ...the space was ample.....the service was good...the security were so so friendly.....n ofcourse Avi n Ari just rocked. It's maybe that I was just lucky for this event....but whatever happens...I think we should all support these orgnisers who do try to do something. Oh ya....no deco what soever....only visuals....that was the only negative thing I felt. Other than that it was great.
Hope I can connect with all u guys for some other events.
