There is plenty of options mate! And your budget is pretty ok to get decent setup.
Example 1.
Monitors:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dynaudio-BM15a-Pair-/130672860559?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1e6cb59d8f#ht_500wt_1413

Midi Controller + Synth + Sound Card Interface + Live Act Solution:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Novation-X-Station-X-Station-25-Synthesizer-USB-Controller-Audio-Interface-/120889125731?pt=Keyboards_MIDI&hash=item1c258dab63

Cables:
3 meter XLR - 1/4 Jack x 2 to connect that all.

with those monitors you won't need headphones

Biggest advice is do not save on monitors! Buy the most expensive and big system you can get. If you have amazing monitors, you will be able to squeeze the best sound of your native logic synths without having expensive hardware, because you gonna hear what you are doing very well.

Sure. These are quite popular, therefore might be easier to find them:

Yes sure treatment is critically important, but Yatrik asked about equipment

I mean you can always save up and get bass traps or make them yourself. My treatment (18 panels 100cm x 60cm x 20cm which covered all of the walls except the window and the door) cost me nothing comparing to monitors. Maybe 150 euro.

he asked for equipment because he dont know about aucustics and the importance of it *gg*

150€ is very cheap, i spended about 700€ for the material only, for 15 basstraps (wood, fabric and rockwool).           www.soundcloud.com/orgytime

IMO acoustics are definitely equipment - and one of the most important pieces of equipment in your studio by far - and a ton of people completely overlook it. Personally I spent more on my acoustics than I did on my monitors and without my paneling I would get totally shit mixes in the room I'm in currently.

If its a choice between super high end monitors and no acoustics or medium/high end monitors and acoustics, I'd go with the second option every time.
