Yes, that Rio Barra track is cool, but I prefer Microcondian, Trara and Skullcap, they are more psychedelic.
Also that intro to Vervain is yummy.

Yes, very nice tracks all of them, chilly and at the same time they invite to go to the dancefloor.
Havent enjoyed anything that much in a while.

This album has a very different prod style than the previous ones and it took me a while for it to grow on me..
didnt like it at first but the funny part is that now i dont get bored of listening to it..lol..I have faith in entheogenic..U should too.. |

This is not what I expected from this amazing duo - but it['s very much growing on me...
Very good production with typical entheogenic sound > not as deep in texture as the first 2 albums, but for sure makes it up with a more funky dynamic approach & really inspired singing !
very unique - microcondian has that great sinister feeling.. love it

It is great to hear artists release on their own labels, because these releases really represent the true emotion of the artist at the time. They are less influenced by the commercial interests of a large label.
That said, this release is a far departure (with minor exceptions) from Entheogenic's style of the past.
I gave a fair listen to all the tracks hoping they'd grow on me. But I heard too much jazz-inspired and infused lounge music and obnoxious clubs and restaurants. And this is exactly where this music should get most play as opposed to open air festivals. |

I still think this to be almost as good as their first album. Emotionally on a different level, lighter and funkier. Would like to see them perform live this summer.
