Please skip the cliche that I am complaining. I a not. I don't need gigs to get food on the table mate 
I have been playing here and there the past few years with Elysium. I just do not make any new music with Elysium. Except for remixing 9 old tunes into brand new tunes - I somehow consider that making music
But I am merely debating and wondering why there aren't more contacting me (or other artists on ektoplazm) looking at the huge amount of downloads I got (I do get some booking requests but usually turn them down as the payments/terms they offer are directly insults. I am not OK with being treated as a 2nd grade "pause-fish" artist while other more "popular" artists get a much better deal in the same party). I am sure some of those download also throw parties.
I still stand by my claim that many if not the majority of organizers only focus on melodic fast old-school and only (year after year) book those few artists they have a connection with or see play on other parties/Festivals.

http://www.ektoplazm.com/2010/elysium-live-versions - very good fresh intepretations of old Elysium classics by the man himself. New paint-job for tracks such as "Trancelestial Psychobabas" and "Keep It Cool" did wonders for them, while keeping the old vibe. All served in delicious 140 BPM.
http://www.ektoplazm.com/2009/manmademan-children-of-the-light & http://www.ektoplazm.com/2007/manmademan-free-to-listen - two fine albums by the famour ManMadeMan duo, showing their variety in creating music. A couple of great chillout tracks too. "Free To Listen" urged me to run an ongoing column @ Psytrance.pl called "Free To Listen" devoted only to free releases, mostly connected to Ektoplazm.

With names such as Artha or Sundial Aeon and many other talented Polish artists you just can't go wrong.

I have been downloading some good music from this great site lately, and there is alot of stuff i already got my eyes on that i just cant wait to get my hands on.

Sephira – Imagination In Motion

A new and fresh CD , the first track i heard was "More then human " on you tube and it really got into me.As i downloaded the album i discovered that there was more then just ambient tracks, so its like a mix of ambient and psy tracks. However it`s really nice music , totally enriching my autumn with sonic energy and track nr 2 is just off the hook.
Easily Embarrassed – Tales Of The Coin Spinner

Easily Embarrassed throws down another solid, well produced quality album full with surprises at the table. This is good, just as i thought before i downloaded it. I played this alot during the summer, highly recommended.

Here we got a VA and its goa music, i got this recently and i like it alot. When i first heard the Artha track i did repeatedly listen to it instead of listening through the whole album.This track ( nr 3 ) just kills it, track 5 and 6 is gems to and the whole album itself rock. Get this !
Paraklang – Liquid Jungle

Get ready for some powerful twilight action, here we got Paraklang getting ready to be blasted through your speakers and rip off the walls ! This is energetic full on with a twilight vibe with a intensive drive and a touch of squelchiness over it. Track nr 3 being my favorite track, and i think it`s the hardest one.When i blast this cd at the gym my pump becomes insane, perfect for introvert sonic traveling to. Adrenaline here we go !
Cybernetika – Colossus

Lets take a dive into the drum and bass pool , although there is some psy water into this one to. This album feels groundbreaking in many ways, it takes another direction then many other stuff. I like it. It feels very refreshing, and most important the music is good ! Get ready for some interstellar traveling where you will find new found orbits , this CD is the ticket.
Brujo’s Bowl – Healing With Sound

I plug my phones into my ears and load up this album and suddenly its summer again. Very nice music with a positive feeling, gives you a smile as you gaze into this dubby psy realm. Really great album , perfect for some quality relaxing time or a walk in the forest.Dont miss this.
Frost-RAVEN – Deep In Blue

We leave the forest and head for a rocket launcher, we are going into space. As we listen to this we drift around amongst planets ,perhaps getting a glimpse of a nebulalosa as we inhale the sonic visions of the vast and unexplored space that this album does bring. Its very calming, mysterius ,deep and mediative.
Unusual Cosmic Process – Weightlessness

We continue to linger in space , but with a album that focus more on leads and percussion then the mediative floating in the former one. This is great music and track nr 5 ( Place on earth ) is one of the better ambient tracks i heard lately, very good one. This album is a must have if you are into this kind of sound.
Perfect Blind – Three Spires

More space, there is still fuel in the space rocket. Lets look at some new planets and clusters of stars as we listen to this well crafted sonic smaragd. This is a quality release and sounds as something you could anticipate to discover from Ultimae.
Synergic – One Mystery Left

Okey , let`s leave the ambient interstellar course and head straight down to lasers and big speakers at the dancefloor. Here we got morning psy / full on. I like it, got this recently. Lots of energy in this album and it gets me in a good mood, track nr 2 ( galaxy rider ) stands out for me, very nice one.
Rising Storm

Here we got a VA with forest vibes. It is nice twilight tunes getting out from this album. I especially like nr 1 5 and 3 ( Dohm delivers gold as always ) . Solid album with quality music. For some good steady basslines and high BPM tracks you want this.
Turlitava

What can i say, if you are into ambient music this is a must have. This is a VA packed with really good tracks. Deep and mesmerizing music , setting you into a relaxed state deeply in owe of the depth and power of this music. Extremely recommended.
Keamia – Diagnosis

Fresh non cheesy full on full with power and energy, me like. This is good stuff, well produced with a intensive drive. This gets me going for sure. Very nice album, recommended.
Wirrareka – Androgyne

Interesting stuff, feels very experimental in its soundscape formulas. Dreamy full on with morning vibes and a trippy touch to it. Some tracks is a bit more intense and squelchy then the usual full on formula though, this album feels kinda unique however. Perfect for getting lost in the morning fog or for taking a walk in the sunrise. Check it out.
Looking forward to discover more great music from this wonderful site !
