Disappointing:
DJ Sangeet's album on Spiritzone,
SBK album,
Tristan's album,
Flying Rhino,
Cancellation of Lovefield festival,
And Mumbo Jumbo failing to release an album again!
But there was so much great stuff out as well, I wont dwell on it.  |

Atomic Pulse - Safi Collection
after so many excellent and admirable ventures with names such as astrix and alien project, i expected a whole lot more from these two. instead, i got a bundle of shiny tracks, consrtucted to perfection with out a hint of that somthing unique.

Astrix - Eye To Eye
many of you may call it a great album, but i thought he will bring something better
i thought he kept some really good tracks in his sleeve especialy for the album
that album is not what i expected from Avi, im sure he can do much more than that
that album is.....is....too similar to itself

I Agree, but only Partially. Eye To Eye is a good album, but it didnt push the envelope hard enough. had it been more astrix alone and less astrix Feat. thisandthat, it would've been a splendid piece of musica. certainly not a dissapointment, but not a success either, imo.

Hallucinogen didn't arrive at Trancendence (great party in Alto Paraiso in which Simon was booked but don't came).
Skazi didn't arrive at Rave XXXperience 50 edition (He was booked and don't show up).
The sound system at Rave XXXperience 50 edition (a party here in Brazil) was so bad that I heard Sesto Sento (Sesto Matan) playing and I didn't like it at all. Today Sesto Sesto is one of my favorite acts.

dissappointments were...
....new haldolium album (one good track, imho)
....zoom festival in zurich canceled
....alien project didn't show up at zoom benefiz(because he was horribly sick, he said)
....the "brilliant" mastering of u.s.t.a. music
...and some other records
....but this year also brought very nice things with it:-)))
