I beg to differ on that point, i think it was a great Progressive compilation. And i ain't a prog fan that much.
Biggest dissapointment of this year is Space Cat's album Power Up that includes my fav track of the year (Power Up) and 50 minutes of filler music.
Besides, few good Astrix and Clones tracks but dissapointing albums from all of them.
And offcourse Infected Mushroom with interesting comercial single with Bery Sakharof and very mediocre tracks on compilations (Apogiffa, Elevation, Doremifas)
Still waiting for the album though...

Yossi dear, it's called progressive TRANCE not progressive HOUSE.
So yes, I dont' expect it to "progress" into house.
But let's not start that discussion again.

yo kids, progressive house already not a goal in progressive minds (tkeut progressivit, is what happen to this music), lets evolve into deep therms and break beaty areas.
progressive trance (or progressive music in global) cant stuck on same tune for more than one period/season.
last year was year of progressive house, now we should move on. seems electro, break beat and deep house gonna inspirate bored trance producers this year.

somehow progressive trance bacame a trend with a rules (rules again..), fat bass/ clear production/ open sound/ etc.. its not right. the sence of progressive trance is to be in progress, always. for me everybody who make now progressive trance with progressive house influences hardly can be defined as progressive producer, just coze its not a progress anymore.
from other hand therm "progressive trance" come to us from Global Underground and friends area (where this therm was used before psy artists became progressive artists), so its not surprize progressive trance sounds pretty housey to psy lovers.
anyway, as i said before, progressive house in deep shit now, too formulated, too boring etc (remind u what i say about full on ??), so lets just move on, look for other inspirations, find new ways to explain therm "trance" again and again, in any form it can be explained, thats a goal of progress in music. lets live the change all the time, lets see the things going and coming, thats a beauty in progress.
i decide - progressive house is no more progressive rotor...

i must say hux flux live in copenhagen,,
i like everthing he`s done,,, respect it so much,,,
but he played the same he did back then..
in the old days..
that was not what i was inspecting,,
so thoms down for that..

SOrry I need to respond to Chaos THeory remark about Yahel's Private Collection;
I feel i need to respond, because due to the persons who have criticised Yahel's last release so much I did not get to hear it until a friend of mine made me listen to it!!
And I really liked the CD, i only answer to Chaos Theory dissapoinment, not to say he is wrong in criticising, but just to let other people know, who have not heard it, that it is not all that bad, infact I found it one of the most innovative albums of the year. And certainly does still have some nice melodies going on, with nice rythms.....
