Just received my copy of "Breakpoint" from Psysale.
I've really been looking forward to this cd as I really loved all the trax that came out on varius compilations.
The album is really good: brilliant production and all the tunes do their job (my favourites are Minimal Vibe and Beat Conductor)..but..but..I expected more!
All the trax are stuck to the same formula which, IMHO, reached the peak in the Astrix remix of Life System (on Full On Vol7)...so there's nothing as good as the previous stuff and nothing new to add to what I already had.
Still a good cd, don't get me wrong, but a bit of a disappointment if compared to my expectations!
A sad note is the cover/artwork: it ranks as the worst ever in my personal collection!! Really really bad, from the front cover to the band picture in the booklet: very childish and bad taste! This is only IMHO, of course! But the cd looks so bad that I would be ashamed to show it to my friends!

I really liked this album as well. Is it revolutionary? No. But, I tell you, it is hard to keep still when this is playing. Great melodies and sounds. Keep up the good work.

BTW, If you want some more great Delirious tracks, on Psychedelic Academy(of course mixed by Astrix) check out "Silver Sky" and "Dance Flow" |

Flawless production. Great synths combinations and tricks!!!
I only expected more groove music(I mean the bassline), not so full on.
My fav here is the Beat COnductor track.
