Ok everyone prepare to laugh at me, but then calm down afterwards and try see where I'm coming from.

Seriously!
The whole vocal melody thing can have this mad effect. It's kind of a no brainer when you hear a chord on a piano or a guitar. But when you have those complex vocal arrangements saying actual words it definately does something upstairs.
I've heard a number of psy trance producers do this with pitchshifted vocals, vocoders and what not and it really makes me twitch. Like the voice of god or something. It's like power... x3 or 4.
But also psychedelic to me means... something you were not expecting which makes more sense than you could ever imagine... but you could never really comprehend it. You can pretend to be enlightened by it... actually... you COULD be enlightened by it... but you cant comprehend it.
In the moment it's an epithany... the next morning it's just "what?" |

psychedelic is when the music has a doof da da da bassline and fat kicks and scary samples of people dying and shit getting into rollercoster accidents plus killer names which give you bad dreams at night and you go wow when you ehar them thsi is some crazy shit and on the dancefloor it punches in the face BOOM BOOM BOOM
