I always preferred Midi Miliz/Spiralianz to X-Dream/The Delta psychedelic techno sound, even M.O.S second album was pretty amazing.
If you like this style Nachtsrom Schallplatten is a label worth checking. The VX & Thomas Heckmann albums are real amazing dark techno.

PSYTEKNO, i got those ep's and they are not dark techno at all, not like nierich or other dudes that are releasing there and just make messy / noisy music

Saw a party advertised in Israel with Dark Soho live set. Can't find details anywhere but would love a modern album of theirs. While Sun Spot was fun, their second album really took the dark industrial psychedellic sounds to a new level.
