Well , as for Traktor and other soft
they do show you BPM pretty precisely
for 4/4 house/trance/tecno tracks
but when it comes for breakbeats
and some cute sneaky loops this messes
the program up :-@

As for DJ'ing : a good dj must know
mixing several tracks without any
paper lists just to feel the beat -
for example "Plastic Man"
is known to mix up to 12 tracks at a time on vinyl . Moreover there's plenty mixing techniques and BeatMix is only one of them .

A good DJ can mix every style of electronic
music .

traktor is a good program
im talking about the first version
now im learning the second version
but i think that its not so good as the first

but i totaly agree with TolstyX
and i just want to add that everything is not in the mixing
a good dj must know how to feel the people
and then to make up a good playlist and then comes the mixing.
