since we are only one year on the market, we want to work mainly to have a big variety and good prices.
soundsamples could follow later, but since everybody know the places where to hear samples i dont know if its so nessasary at this point.

nice shop tokyokid. but u should add sample even if people know where to hear, just for the shop quality.

saikosounds, saikosounds and saikosounds - have had the best experiences with them...although my main focus are the level of delivery time...

IMO it's very important for an internet shop to deliever a user interface where the buyer can do everything in the same site without having to open loads of pages ... the society just gets faster (to fast) and people want to listen, buy and pay quick and easy!

Yeah, its bad service to send costumers to your competitor’s sites. While they’re there, they will probably order there instead of your shop.
On topic, I mainly order at Psyshop. No, their back stock isn’t that impressive, but they have the newest releases, reasonable prices, and they’re in Germany, which means fast and cheap delivery. Don’t know about their service, I’ve never had any problems, and that’s good enough for me.
I’ve considered using some other shops (mainly Trance-Shop), but I’m getting used to Psyshop, and you know what they say about teaching old dogs new tricks

well being in the uk i always use chaos unlimited.. www.chaosunlimited.co.uk
fast, friendly service and will try and get older things for you if you ask  in 4 years of buying my music almost exclusively from them the only problem i have ever had was caused by a postal strike in london and not them my vote

I think the people at Chaosunlimited are the nicest; however, I do not really buy from them because the prices are a little high. I almost always buy from Saiko Sounds. I have never had a problem. Faster delivery to the US than Psyshop. But Psyshop is good too and I have never had a problem with them either. I am always tempted to buy from Wirikuta but shipping is way to expensive to the US. I wish they would lower that.

I think trance-shop has made great strides for the short period this shop has been around, also covers a wider selection of releases than many other on-line shops...but I agree that it should move on fast also to include sound samples...this will increase the overall quality of the shop! |

I go with SaikoSounds based on service alone in the past 36 hours... in this period i have been getting my orders rejected repeatedly without any understanding why...
Harry has emailed me and took me through all the possible steps patiently and calmly, like a good businessman should. we finally figured out that i'm doing everything right and there is something wrong with my card itself... so i called visa and they explained that they "think" someone has gotten hold of my credit card numbers and so for the past 72 hours my card has been on hold..... when i asked them why they didnt inform me and why do i have to be the one calling them?? they replied by "you beat us to the punch sir..."
Psyshop is reliable and fast for me as well as its about $3 less then saikosounds after delivery is calculated to the US.
an unpleasent occurance was when i received a "The Shpongle Rmxs" open and with fingerprints on it... when i emailed Rolf demanding a sealed product since this was suppose to be a gift, he replied: "do you enjoy the online samples at psyshop.com? well, how do you think we get them there"  i was furious for a few days, but other then that one they have been good to me.

Saikosounds IMO has the greatest selection of music and some really obscure and hard to find stuff...+ keeps backstock
I really don't agree that Saikosounds, Chaos or Trance-Shop don't have new releases in time...actually they have everything...and very updated too!!
Would really like to see monopoly issues to dissapear from the shops from this scene...and equal treatment to all labels....

chaos has a pretty neat sales chart (1-2 days, week, month etc.)
also trance-shop and chaos show "what other people buy" when they buy a particular cd...which can be interesting!
