*wrt to what sorceress last posted( since this is a new page and all )
see the contradiction about perspectives?
name for some.. nature for others..
and so on.. truth lies in shades of grey.. there is no absolute truth with respect to how we can choose to live our lives.. but what is certain is death and taxes 
so again the question pretty much boil down from this macro form.. to the micro form of what YOU think is better..
so choose as you wish
which is why its never.. you can or you cannot..or
you will or you wont.. but is
you may or you may not
the choice is yours..
were always the executors of our fates
and convert them into our destinies
just by choosing or passing only to let fate present its next offer
hence choose wisely

Realization is what one should be able to achieve
Now go out and look around and then wonder about inventions and innovations
OUR forefathers invented the building blocks and the foundation and we are the one to build upon it which is going from abc to completeing it to Z ...............E=mc)2 is yet to be unleashed and ways to be still found to use this formula heheheh
Indians are the most respected scientists in the Nano technology so we are going somewhere and not carresing our BON BONS okai
and as far as India is concerned its just been 50 years to independence and we always need to look back to correct our mistakes and with a billion population and the mess intruders made of our country where do you think we should have bbeen but look at the biggest takeover from an indian co. and the LN mittal group , do you still think we are far away and sitting on our arses ....... think you are beaten and my dear you are think you are the best and you will end up somewhere very close (old saying from archies posters in school but it works )
and happiness is within it wont come and bite oneself from outside to make one feel good
why ? who looks at actors look at the characters the actor plays
NOW the only advice to you dear sis is keep your queries straight and do not go in circles as the questions you pose started at something and before anyone could put more views it went on to something
Also the philosophy of stay happy with what you have is the best dont you feel but it doesnt say do not dream for more but at present what you have be happy with it or stay unhappy always thinking about what you do not have .............

Ok, this book is so profound!! It is one of those profound books that will linger on forever in my memory. Written by Paramahansa Yogananda's, this book is a must read if ur interested in spirituality and self mastery of 'one self'.
So, has anyone come across other books or teachings which is a type of ambassador of India's spiritual heritage to the Mordern world.
Do u have some spirtual insights into this?.
Have u ever been moved by a certain spiritual book or a certain Person ?.

i have one soft copy for a long time on mi notebook
i wish i reckon the parts reffered so it may all make sense

...by my own personal experience in yogic practise I know that we have to concetrate our mind and energy in the center of each field feel that we energising that point,have a pass in each one of themand then leave out of our body from micro to macro .Our thought and energy is concetrating now in the bidu point(third eye,gate of liberation)and each thought wave everything comes towards to "that" point merging with the supreme to keep the cosmic ballance in straight line and then expands again in emptiness...after 2 minutes meditation almost at the 50th mantra spell from inside the first touch from kundalini comes...preparetion for the gates of each chackrato be ready and receive the snake till reach the bidu point...after 6 minutes kundalini starts to flow in higher states and lifts me up my back spine (susumna central channel)receives the snake...
after 12 minutes the first light comes...after 20 minutes the first ecstatic feeling of joy comes with a small smile...after 30 minutes feel much calm and completely lost in my world and my soul touches the supreme,tears of joy love and happiness with a big smile...!!!

I hope u not talking about the Tibetan Book Of the Dead which was written for the use of experimentation drugs.
for there is version like mentioned above and yes it could be available on the net

Can never get enuf of this masterpiece. Superb food for the soul.  Im content.

i even liked The Nymphs of the Vally by Khalil Gibran.
u must also like Omar Khamyam.
dont know any site but i can send u a variation on the book provided i have your e-mail id.
its original is very powerful hence very liberating
its also called the way of liberation through understanding in the between.
its been translated by Robert AF Thurman who also happens to be Uma Thurmans father.

I strongly advice u guys to have a read on the life n works of saint kabir, he definetely descended from the state of supermost consciousness, n i find some of his works absolutely briliant, but its not easy to understand his verses, its better u grab a copy which explains its meanings. Im sure u guys will find peace after reading it. |
