Astrix Syndrome?

Lately i have listened a lot of new tracks from Silicon Sound like Nexus 6,Digital Thought and many more and i noticed that the sounds were exactly the same as Astrix.
The same applies for Alien Project and Atomic Pulse and Safi Connection.
I am not saying that everybody is copying Astrix or that Astrix is copying them but i want to know if there is a new morning full on style developing at the moment.
Personally i got bored of that bass line that appears in every track from the artists that i mentioned above and probably many more artists that i dont know or i dont remember at the moment.
So whats the big deal here people?

hey
heh.. sorry to dissapoint people here but i think Astrix is copying himself.. by my opinion he got definitely nothing really new in his tracks
for me he sounds between Infected Mushroom and Astral Projection, kinda very nice mix with great quality but can somebody tell me what's so rocking in his tunes?
i dont say his music is bad, neither good..
i can hear he puts a lot of effort in his tracks but i still dont understand what made him so famous recently

Maybe it's a matter of style, equipment and knowledge shared. These guys used to work together, don't they?
IMO too much of anything starts to become boring...
Let's wait for the remixes, they can make these tracks a little more interesting (hope they don't just bring more of the same).
Am I wrong?

I think it's is some sort of "new" morning wave... And it's not only in the "full on" genere... Also in progressive, we hear more and more "morning" progrssive (the swedish wave let by son kite and co)... Thats atleast how it is in many parties in Denmark(you can't even call it morning music because it's played at all hours). And if were to judge from other people tops, it looks like a trend.
People are proberly missing some of the old feel, with melody and so furth...

Music business is like Movie business
Movie producers sharing there knowledge , this is why the movies get better day by day !
even if the movie have lots of ideas from other producer , it judge by it good or concept and the good production.
Astrix's music sounds like the same movie all the time and this is why I didn't find it interesting ,even if its good production.
people should stop say , "he sounds like this man or others... "
if people will keep saying "he sounds like..."
than music will get sucks because there are just 10-15 styles in trance (maybe a bit more ) and thousands of artists and there won't be new ideas as BIG as you think they could be !
there will be big names and big tune but no big new ideas (maybe few big reduced ideas)
it is all about tune , the concept of the track and the production (there will be new ideas all the time , but not BIG deal !)
think about it !
PS if some artist will want to make big change ,they will need to change their music style Since trance will be the same all the time With BIG TUNE or similar or stupid... its all about the concept ,inspiration and the skill of the artists !
what if everyone of us will think positive about peace ?

Wouldn't you say that Twisted compilations, led by Simon P are the same? Sounds the same to me. Same sounds, same ideas, etc. Why no one blames them for copying from eachother and from themselves?
Another common rant is about the same bassline. And the bassline in other genres is different? It's even more the same. Full on bassline at least develops somewhere... You people should stop looking for minor flaws in the music you don't like and make them big. Being hypocrates won't help anyone.

i believe it's only natural that with the same vst's audio equipment ( in this case let virus go on and on..) and allot of artists sharing their ideas you'll have a basic line of artists having tracks that are bit similar. no harm to it cause if you like a gang's style then why not here many tracks that will make you happy?the "astrix syndrom" as you call it detox, can also be found in the tech side- midi miliz, delta, x-dream, authentic, 3.turn pps etc..
also using allot of basic sounds and technics as well in the progressive side. only shows we have developed ourselves to a good stage or bad like the rock scene.. time will go by, new vst and audio will pop and so will new styles.

please... midi miliz, authentic, pps, delta and any other "tech trance" artist... they just dont sound the same. every one of them has his own direction and style. maybe u can find some similarity in few trax, but in general... the r not same.
but from the other hand, i can find this "syndrom" in the so called progressive style... but again, not in the same quatity as in "full on".

ppl always tell that all do the same. i don't care if its the same bassline. bassline of astrix kills everything specially in a party. safi connection and atomic pulse doesn't kill nothing for me. always the same style, same bassline, everything. why ppl don't start telling that atomic and safi are same in all tracks. that it's a big true. alien project it's nothing of special but he did great stuff also...about silicon no doubts. they're killing. always better his stuff and to astrix i think the same. silicon and astrix will have great future at least for me.

in the mp3 mafia many people change names of tracks to astrix or gms. and people believe that so don't say they are so different.
