The bitterness of the hippies of the 90's trying to recapture the 'dayz of old gold'' has tainted many people's views......

Unfortunately......many people have such a negative view of things......

are you one of those people that truly do try to keep a smile on your face and offer to help in what ever way you can......?

Someone who enjoys sharing........who enjoys teaching......and simply just enjoys things in general.....

or are you one of those bitter, stinky hippies that want to recapture the 'dayz of old gold'.....who criticizes every new artist or label that comes out......who complains how people have changed....and how their lives are miserable because it is somebody elses fault.........?

maybe instead of trying to recapture the 'good ol dayz'......
we can CREATE a new future......by sharing with the younger kids........by teaching them and showing them what we had listened to before they were involved.......sharing positive vibes.....and overall.....'just being a goody'.........

doesnt that seem like the 'Hippy' thing to do?

Does one have to be a Hippie to critisise? I know many non hippies that critisise the way the scene has turned out.. Myself included. And I am certantly not a Hippie and never was one.¨

When that is said yes we have to look forward. I do that too. Just not in this scene simply because I feel it's stone cold dead and can't offer anything I feel is for me anymore. So I look forward in another scene when it come to music production.

Are the people you talk about truely hippies or are they just look alike hippies ? Do you have to have long hair and look like a bum in order to be a hippy ? Or is being a hippy really something that starts on the inside, not nescessarily reflected on the outside ?

The people I know who look like hippies act like everyone else. They are just as elitist, egocentric and narrowminded as the rest of us, some more than others, some less.

definitely starts in the inside........

it is sadly funny......to see 'people' filled with negativity and laziness with grown out long hair.......portraying something that they may have once believed in.....

who are they fooling?

not this happy hippy...

Let's go offtopic for a while, im also wondering what you are doing here since this cold scene has nothing to offer you.

There was nothing elite in krells post, just a simple question to follow up your previous post.

Why dont you or Krell ask all those other members here that are not into full on, dark, psytrance etc... those who are into progressive house or electro or chillout etc. Those who also go here among other forums to check out things and look for new releases etc. I know it might come as a surprice to you but there are such people here too Not only people into Full on and dark.

And also do not forget there's a nice forum for chillout/downbeat and electro

I do find such a question elitist and quite rude too (and i know his reasons to go "head to head with me"). You do not have to agree with everything here and have the same music taste in order to be member here. Just as you do not have to be religious in order to sign up in a religious extremist forum to debate with them. Not that I have signed up in such a forum though!

And now I will correct you. I did not call this scene "cold"

I called it "stone cold dead" For me when it come to the music (full on, psy, dark). Capiche?

Furthermore you do not have to go to the parties this scene have to offer in order to be a member here. If that was the case then many people have to stand in line to hit the exit door at isra

And that's the last I got to say about it. back to the topic maybe?          http://www.peopleagainstpeace.net/

Reading your other post (reply to Dennis) you still think this scene has something positive to offer in the realms of electro, progressive & chillout then.

Which is a good enough answer for me, just that your statement, in the first place, seemed aimed at the scene as a whole and not only the "dark, full on, psy" part of it.

And no, Im not stalking you thru forums - Im asking you a simple question, because what you wrote seemed to contradict your presence here.
