The fact that I listen to psytrance makes me a "hippy"?
No one told me this.
The term "hippy", is a really stupid stereotype that I really don't feel like falling into.
I respect anybody with good intentions, but labeling yourself cause you want some place to fit in and feed your ego is really stupid.
Sorry to criticize, but be yourself, not a label.

The topic wasnt whether you are a hippy or not if you listen to psy?
The question is are you one of those miserable 'Trolls' that complain about everything and offer no solutions......
or if you are helpful happy person that has something to offer....

yeah i just get annoyed with the "Psy=hippy" thing..
honestly i don't get this topic though, sorry, but people are people, and wether or not they are open minded is up to them, what are you gonna do about it?

It depends on what u are ready to offer yourself Magox... As I know "sharing" is usually like tango, needs 2 and more participants... So why won't u tell us what do u offer yourself first... What makes u a HAPPY HIPPIE? heh what an amazing topic.

All we see in the psyscene is a sad resemblance of the most lame aspects of "hipiness" a bunch of yuppies wannabees trying to have the look.

well i have to say something about this.
i'm 25, and i'm working as a software-engineer. i was 12 years in school and 7 years in university. i've learned a shitload about computers and stuff, yet the biggest lesson in life i learned from some stinking old hippie and this lesson was: always be yourself, respect others and try to see the other side of the story. and it works !
so even if hippies smell and dont necessarily reflect the views and opinions of the society, they do know a lot about life and can teach you a thing or two (when they're sober, that is)  |
