Not all Muslim countries have conflicts going on and what better time is there to get inspired making music bagning, hard hitting music....
Talk about dark trance, there is nothing darker than war.....
You guys should check out a movie called Heavy Metal in Baghdad....Such a good documentary..it's not trance, but it shows what the first known Heavy metal ban in Iraq had to go through before and during the war in Iraq...
I thought it was a good movie...
So, even in wartime, people can be inspired....you just need a laptop...record some samples from your surroundings and make some music.....

well.... we have a good scene in Dubai with lots of international artists thanks to Ravelations (Daiju baba) for this....
also there is a lot of killer local talent djs and producers... just to name a few

maybe thats just the right environment to inspire one to produce music, if you know what I mean the music is very very rich, dont get confused.

well iran is not an arab country, but yeah it does fall into the category of conservative and religious countries. I met an persian dj once in goa, he said that nothing much is happening in iran, but they travel around to go to parties and play music.
you guys forgot about Morocco! lots of talent, parties, and home of rythms of peace festival |
