I've got mad love for the MF-108m the stuff that is possible with LFO synced to midi and then playing around with LFO intervals and the delay time, and using both outputs with the wet signal wider than where the monitors are placed with the combination of overdriving the FX, it just sounds absolutely brilliant. Its very expensive but with good reason. If a cheap MF-104 pops up, I'll be snatching that as well. It just makes my digital synths sound so much better as well.

mf108 is the shit ! one of my best purchase ever !

mf104 is more a luxury as it s not useful everywhere like a plugin delay.. but no plugins come close to that sound..

i love delay fx for me both pedal rox..

Its the LFO that syncs to midi that inerests me more. I mean even a super plastic resonant saw patch from the Virus, through the mf-108 (and mf-103) sounds 10 times better. Does the mf-104 have S&H waveform on yhe LFO? That is my favorite for wild FX on the 108 with the feedback up.

yep same as mf108

i will try to post sample of the Xs into mf 104 when i have time

the great thing is the insert on the feedback loop..you could use a moog filter or the phazer.. or if you want dirty a saturation can work really good..crazy feedback..

it can also be used to do stereo trick by delaying one side..haas effect ect but the limited bandwitch dont make it suited for everyhting

400/450 would be a good price
new i find the mf108 worht is price a little more.. but still very happy to own the delay.. bbd chips have a price..i think it have lot of them to get long delay with the more frequency bandwitch possible

i was almost never using dark delay..but they really have their place..it can help to make a mix really dense and phat like woodster explained in a earlier post.. new use of delay for me.., and the mf104 sound rich ! moog..

Where does the delay line high pass the effect? Or does it spit out all of the bass that goes in it?

GAS! Must. Not. Buy. One. Before I pay the rent.

it don t do much in the low it s rather flat, but it cut the highs more or less at around 2500/ 3000 hz depending delay time on the delay line..the dry is similar to mf108 but slighty more highs and less low mid i think
