I would never spend 700 euro for a pedal delay. Even if it has the brand moog on it.

i like to use the random lfo with the speed around more than halfway and amount almost full and put the mix on full and keep a source passing through it it , you get some crazy sounds !!

I think if u want tricks u should use all the under the hood features which you can access with midi , there is quiet a few of them , I haven't got into them yet still having fun just fiddling saving some fun for later ...           http://www.soundcloud.com/essio

have tor try this, i didn t used much the random waveform yet.

on what kind of sound you really like to use this delay?

what i really enjoy is the triangle with fast rate and around 1/4 amount to get a kind of in tune chorused delay.

also like to usethe fully wet output in the daw i just delay left and right channel to get stereo delays

i really like to put analog mono synths through it , i think it gives the best results , chorused delay sounds cool also try the chorus thing with time level at the minimum , u get only a clean chorus .

have to try the pan left right thing for sure sounds good .

also there is some way to get the mode where the dark (long) delay is not filtered as much , so more highs pass through like the shorter delays ill find how to do that somewhere and post it here ...           http://www.soundcloud.com/essio

yup you turn this mode on by sending it a specific midi cc ... there is a cntrlr panel for the mf104 which is kind of like a vst controller of it which has all the controls for the hidden functions too , i'm going to try it and see if it works ...           http://www.soundcloud.com/essio

yeah i haven t used much the ctrlr pannel with the delay but use one with the cluster flux.

like on the flux there is probably delay time control via midi note that can be fun, midi note bypass maybe too.
you can multiply time till x8 but it the clock become earable

for the stereo thing get a calculator like this, to set the note divison according to the tempo and then get by how much in millisecond you need to move the right or left channel , if you dont have plug for this, the free voxengo sound delay make it easy

the other advantage is that you have the fully wet track recorded on the daw.. you can reverse ,mangle ect..

Oto Biscuit.
Not having the Moog name on the product means getting a brilliant analog pre with different types of analog and digital overdrive/distortion, analog filter (multimode), bit/sampler rate reducer, analog delay, ring mod and much more.
For about 180€ less.
It is also a synth with the new software update.

bit mangling with an analog filter,
i believe bit reduction is essential in psytrance, used sparingly and gently it can boost harmonics perfectly before a filter

seriously worth checking out,

for analog delay i use the always noisey and cheeper than chips BiYANG delay, £30
cheep, did i say cheep, goes through batteries quicker than justin beber goes through dead virgins

whole lotta biscuit for the money

cheers nectarios, will look deeper into this

Massive drooling over the sound.
It sounds so unique, that's one of the most musical analog filters I've ever heard. This little box went under my radar for so long, its just brilliant.
