Hey guys....
Sorry about this stupid question but i have to make it...
In the begining of this topic someone say to analise the bounced audio from kick and bass.
I do it, and the picture is a little strange.
My bass wave is more up the line than down the zero crossing (normally in pro tracks is the opposite or equal).
I don't now if you guys understand what i am saying were (i can't explain better sorry).
So, what the picture are saying???
A wave up the zero crossing is more what???
Is more "high" in frequency than another down the zero crossing....
What a mess lol...
Thanks.

ps: sorry the off-topic question

I think if you are looking for frequency range in bass it's better to use a tool like Spectrum:

The only purpose I meant for analyzing bass + kick drum was to see if the kick waveform crosses over into the bass waveform. Maybe someone else has better info on this. I don't know a lot about waveforms.

ya...ya.... i aks that only for curiosity, to learn "reading" the waves form.
And about that problem kick+bass i resolve it with sidechain. some people don't like to use, but for me is the best way to treat that conflite

for a fullon bassline at 145 lets say whats the settings on the attack and release and ratio and threshold so that the kick only ducks the bassline for that instant im not quite hearing it yet....           saii.rave.ca

I tend to use Quadrafuzz less and less nowadays, must be the fact that Blue makes it really easy to make a bassline and quadra rends to make the bass more muddy. Lately I find that the bass sounds a lot more clear without quadrafuzz, and I like that!           Upavas - Here And Now (Sangoma Rec.) new EP out Oct.29th, get it here:
