why all this artists keeping the silence untill....someone open his mouth?
because they dont want open useless entertainment threads(isratrance as example)
very sad to see such things happend even to pro labels such zenon!

The thing is here, with the original labels, we do sign contracts, and we do read them. I've been stiffed by YSE more than once, and i've never chosen to deal with them; so how am i meant to be careful? Its not as if i've been given a choice. be sure not to miss the point here.
These tracks just magically appear on YSE releases. I've had tracks sold on a third party basis to YSE. which means 1. YSE makes money, and 2. the original label MIGHT make money.
But in tims situation, tracks were released on YSE, from his label, and he cant even get in contact. they ripped it from a CD and compiled it on another to be sold for profit. Isn't this stealing?????
I've been done over because i'm not the type of person who googles my own name very often, but once a year i might, then find a couple of yse releases i'm on. its clear that NO ONE ever had any intention of telling me, therefore increasing their own profit margin. shame shame shame.
and i'm with mr.hanky here to a degree...

Only I think it REALLY SUCKS that you have to scream in the first place. to yse or primary label. To make it worse, people like Tim and i are tucked away down under in Oz, where alot of this is happenning in europe, we dont see or hear about it until its far too late.
i'm DEFINATELY going on the record to voice my distaste for YSE, they are vultures and hope they go balls up

Indeed this micheal guy fixed the problem, he replied quickly and assures me the money as been transfered. So i reccomend anyone else who feel they have been wronged by yse should contact this guy, maybe they will start to turn things around.

BUT the question still remains at least for me. These guys do what they want, and only *cough up* what we find out about and when asked for? Anyone ever heard of them volunteering to pay for a track?

Sounds pretty shady to me.
But if no one does anything about it, or something different than what has been done, it is only natural to expect the same things to continously happen.
It just seems wrong that the one's who are providing the product are the one's who are not getting compensated. Whether it's through miscommunication or just flat out stealing, it's wrong. I hope you guys get rewarded for your hard work, and i feel it's just a shame that someone is making money on your creation, and your not....
Hope things get resolved.
Do something about it!!

man, its depressing (on one hand) to hear about all these labels doing shady deals...
On the other hand, there's still plenty of quality labels out there, so by no means is all lost! Keep positive and don't let bad experiences taint your opinions of the scene as a whole. It doesn't mean the entire trance world is gone to shit...
I wish all of you the best of luck resolving any issues, and hope that YSE will work to help...

YSE acts with bad faith, not answering their own costumers' and partners' messages.
If they were well intentioned they would contact you first instead of waiting to this topic to be opened.
Incredible how "magically" after a topic is opened they decided to answer... This demonstrate they were ignoring your previous messages on purpose, simply because they couldn't care less about you or the debts they had with you.
From the best of my knowledge they stink and I won't say good things about them even if they send me a copy of each CD on their catalogue, plus my money back, plus 2 hot Playmates willing to blow me. This is something called respect and these guys lost mine a long time ago.

i don't get it!! ... wat the hell's up with these YSE guys?? .. do they think that these amazing psy artists out there are a bunch of drugged up, uneducated, hippy losers with shit for brains and that they can get away with this low-life behaviour??
Just expressing my distaste for this unproffessional bussiness attitude!!
I hope I don't have to come accross these guys and the like, ever - as a client or customer!!
Like full-on says- RESPECT = u give and u will get it in return!!

law rescues you only if you are as rich....i dont think YSE can do what it does to other artists with Skazi, Astrix or Infected Mushroom....they know they will get sued...but with others its okay cause they know they will only get bad rep in the community but their sales are mostly too those who are mostly just lookin for an introduction to psytrance.
