First PC was in 97' i was the last of my friends to own a PC. It was Pentium 200mhz mmx with 64MB ram and 4 MB diamond 2d Card, 4MB 3DFX Monster voodoo Accel card and Creative soundblaster awe 64 and i think 8GB hdd.
I overclocked it to 233MHZ so that was lightning fast for it's time! lol
I used to play around with Rebirth and impulse tracker at the time and then a year later got the Internet and ditched music to play online games!

amstrad 8086 with a 20mb HD (!!!) and a friggin mouse! i was around 5 or 6 when we first got it 
none of my friends who had computers had a hard drive not to mention a mouse, but then again some of them had 4 color screens and mine was b/w
i think the games i played on it got me speaking english w/o ever learning it police quest 1, larry, starcon (the first one), alley cat of course, thexder (who remembers that one? when ur a robot and can transform to a shuttle)... god i loved it |
