Would u like to party outdoor in winter season?
I think it could be funny, maybe while daytime. And best with a lot of snow

why daytime? it would be fun at night? durring a snow fall would be beautiful. no chillout though (yet another pun not intended) because you gotta keep moving to keep warm. |

YES it'd be great... here we had a crew putting up a heated yurt in the cold months and it worked quite well... take back the elements - thats what I say...

well, I was at several outdoor snow partys and it usually was great
(it's never too cold, you just didnt bring enough warm clothing or didnt dance enough  )
one time they made up huge snow sculptures, a Big Dragon, Castles and stuff, all lighted in different colours. Damn, that was one of the best partys in my life, seriously
on the other hand I almost frooze my toes off that night, but that's another story
just dont forget your sunglases, it's gonna by really bright in the morning if it's a nice day, the snow reflects a lot of the Sunlight, not a good thing for those people with pupils like plates. |

I'd be willing to party any season: sun, rain or snow.
All you do is dress warm (5 - 7 layers), wear 2 pairs of socks, a scarf, hat and a pair of gloves.
I usually dance to keep warm so I end up taking most of the layers off.
Live for the journey, not the destination. |

I love the idea, but Ive never been able to get anyone else interested. I think the cold would be a great way to encourage people to dance, as Karmaceuticals said, and it might even allow people to dance harder by prevening overheating. I think day or night would be good, but dancing in a snow-covered field under the light of the full moon would be a magical experience, Im sure.
Unfortuntatly, most trancers are urbanites, city slickers, and I think that when it comes down to it most are not prepared to deal with mother nature on as up close and personal a way as a winter outdoor might make them.
If theres any1 else in the USA who is interested in trying this, I think its an awesome idea and we should try it! |

a Winter Outdoor party is something i've been hoping/wishing/praying for a for a long time. It would be so awesome stomping in the snow. Even if there was no snow it would be great.
We are all visitors to this time, this place. We are just passing through. Our purpose here is to observe, to learn, to grow, to love... and then we return home. |

Not everyone has the same idea of winter. You folks in Israel don't have what we east coast americans would call a winter. A couple of big propane heaters and a tent is all you need.
India? What winter?
At night, when the tempature is hovering around 0 F, the DJ's fingers would turn blue. However snow creates a nice sound absorbant, cozy, feeling.
In the past we've done the "DMT Ski Lodge"; 30 people in a four-bedroom rented cabin, tripping their balls (and yonis) off while some venture out to ski. I just stand outside in the snowey forest and listen to the trees talk to each other.
We just got about a foot of snow here in Philadelphia.

The thought has crossed my mind, to have an outdoor forest party in the middle of the winter here in Norway. I think it would be very cool. A tent with heating lamps for the djs/acts of course, but the main thing would be to have camp fires that people can gather around while taking a break from the dancing. The forest can be a very magical place during the winter ...

Winter is beautiful, especially where it comes a real winter and the cold breath of the snow-goddess stills the land...
Winter deserves to be honored with a psychedelic dance ritual.
