Well for me it would have to be:
- Psycho Talk (really good on the frontal assault)
- Fungus Funk (troubling style and very good synths)
- Psychotic Micro (damn crazy those guys)
- Digital Talk (nice night schorcher tunes)
- Analog Xperience (a portuguese project with a really good future ahead)
- Sub 6 (there`s nothing quite like it)
- 3pi (he is simply a great musician)

People laugh and comment when you mention GMS here, but please remember who is being copied. GMS did not copy anyone. They set the trends, the others follow. Therefore, they are the originals.

bonky is dead flopZ, but for sure, he was a hell of original in his tracks...r.i.p.
Sub6 for me one of the few artists making new stuffs...
We had lately some great Hujaboy's sound... but nowadays i don't have any new stuff of his work... maybe i'm delayed, don't no...

for me it doesn't matter if it is a bit similar or not , every tune "speak" by itself and make you dream about something . EVERYTHING YOU DO IN YOUR LIFE IS INSPIRED BY OTHERS , BUT IF YOU DEVELOP IT , THEN YOU ARE ORIGINAL !
all those who make astrix or gms style have nothing much to develop because this style is a formula !
and all those who make music that inspired by simon ,raja and infected makes tunes without formula , so every tune speak by it self and they are always originals !

their music is even much more house music than trance music.
but who cares... i guess you know them or something or u don't know the diferents power between house and trance yet

Although im not fully objective i have to name Kiwa. They really have a unique approach. Personally i dont find a lot of originality in the psy-trance these days. |
