hmmmmm
very very sad state of the morning vibes nowadays ,night state is even more bad ,so thats y only if i'm playing or if only a good dj is playing( which is rare),i go to parties.....hearing one dj is like hearing them all,,people forget the meaning of psychedelic trance at night ,i understand it's difficult to guys to get hold on the right night music since they not commercial and more underground,,still killer compositions,but there r dj's who have right night stuff,,book em,i have seen parties where these underground dj's play more killer parties than big artists themselves...
also a sad but true thing is more kids on the scene,,,first i remember years back ,kids only with their mouth open watching what hell was going on ,,now its ego buzz ,5 mins of fame and rest shit,no total commitment,only few guys r...people listening to such music since 6 months now wanna be dj's since easy access to the net and mp3 is screwing it up for everyone,,experimenting is a lost word in their dictionary,,all parties everyone play same shit,,,very few good dj's in today's times i think ,,,,anyway also one more reason,,these big names like gms,astrix and stuff , everyone searches their stuff coz they r good businessmen also,,so everyone runs after their tracks to collect ,there are a lot lot of good musicians around the world,,but underrated,it's question of keeping your ears open than dying to know who the artist is and track name and blah blah ,,,i feel it's quite foolish of dj's using a formula
gms,astrix,atomic pulse blah in a row,,,,,,yeah i admit they r good,,but not all gms or astrix or atomicpulse r good,,,,also all other factors like organisers ,crowd count ,,most dj's r slaves to the crowd,,quite ironical,,,coz in past times,,the crowd used to be slave to dj's vibe,,u'll find people coming with requests and shit,,,,and if he play their request ,then he is good,,if not,,,then bad,,,,,
the problem is also drugs,,,too much mixed energies in a party causes such a thing,,so safe bet is playing dance music in morning most dj's think,,atleast the girls will be happy,,,lol
i think being a good dj is not everyones cup of tea,,,,see having music and playing music is 2 different things,,,it's like anyone can go buy a guitar,but it's not mean everyone becomes a good guitarist ,,,i say people should question themselves,,before plunging into what they think is a cool dude's job ,what r they doing it for,,,even organisers should employ line up guys who r tuned to the music sound around,,usually organisers bothered about the moolah ...but i'm optimistic about the vibe will become killer soon with more people making killa music around the world ,,afterall the truth matters
people will start questioning themselves.r we really enjoying all this or r we fooling ourselves with all this abracadabra ,,,,,,so all i know,,,things will be bright for psy world ,,As a sample in "black planet" goes,,,--"this is only Temporary,,,coz at the end of the day ,it boils down to one important truth and goes down in the book of "EXPERIences"....................boom
