I agree, that one sounds a lot like older psytrance does. The KLF had some pretty awesome releases in their time. Their release 'It's grim up north' under their "Justified Ancients of MuMu" alias is also worth checking out. And part 2 on that single has a sounds that's not unlike some darker psytrance songs.

Those drums are insane.. Makes the trip so much more inducing and hypnotizing. Maybe not "trance" music alla electronic, but sure as hell. Trance in mind music.
