What's the connection between Psy & Incense sticks?

Certainly, Some of our parents light these sticks (Agarbattis in Hindi) every morning or evening in respect of the idol they worship.
I am also sure most of us have already heard about the famous naag champa and sandalwood among the psy circles.
so what is the connection here? and what is your favorite incense?

love sandalwood incense
the special one is salvia/sage sticks made from leaves tied together. something about that aroma... reminds me of goatrance

Incense sticks has no connection with psytrance music Ancient sadhus, Sufi fakirs and babas used it staying up chanting and moving all night to mantras.. They didnt want to get distracted by outside occurences like Sound and Smell. they used these sticks to smell good so that dont get distracted

room freshener and it can help u mask pot smell in case u live with ur folks .. sandalwood ones are cool |

when there in outside party i love the smell of the air mixed with a natural agarbatti like sandalwood..noo strawberry etc for me.
indoor party- ive come across this in NY where ppl will be dancing with agarbattis and walking around with the sticks..it was weird in the beginning for me but then i realized it was to ward of the stinky stinky smells. ewww

i personally love 420's budzilla sticks... fk the smell like completely takes me bak to goa so do herbal masks.... donno wot the connection is but the smell blends into the mix perfectly...

yeah theres something special about incense sticks , plus points for sure
helps in concentration i guess along with it acting as a cleanser
many ppl use incense to purify the surroundings before some important project or before some major stomping : )
agree with mk47 , indeed it acts as a masking tool as well incase ur smoking in the non smoking zone ,
like i do most of the time : )
