the most important for me :
1-Landscape
2-Decoration
3-Sound System quality
4-Peaceful place / Chill-out
5-Line-Up/Music style
6-Venue facilities
7-Event organisation
8-Prices (Entrance & Bar)
9-Promotors and crew Vibe

The quiz is good . hehe....
It depend of the side of the event,
sometimes a big festival around 5000 and more is too big, for me is to much. Around 2000 - 3000 peoples is good and it is the maximun. The elements for a have a real goa trance vibe in a party are:
1-Promotors Vibe ... it is the first step ...
2-The quality of the peoples.... the result of the good promotion....
3-Location, the landscape... But sometimes, you can have a normal location, and the party can be really amazing for many others reasons....
4- Line up ( various , not only 1 style.... the music line up is a history or a wave, the same things that the party...) It is important to have a good musical chemistry between all the artists, one after the other in the line up...
5-The sound system
6- The decoration
7- Accomodations
8- Venue facilities
9- price entrance and bar

In my opinion music is the one most important part of a party (whether big or small, one night or a week). music can turn a desolate piece of land into the most wonderful oasis. it can make friends. it can do magic!
promoter's vibe and intention are also at the top - if you want to do good and your heart is in the right place, well, people will feel it and it will hover over the dancefloor..
after that come the sound quality and the location - lanscape, facilities etc - these really add to the enjoyment and comfort.
Entrance price - this one is a bit problematic for me and here is why: while it is true that some promoters blatantly raise prices to make loads of money and don't supply the goods (this actually ties in more with the vibe and intention), some set the prices so that they barely cover expenses to supply killer lineup sound and deco and yet the price is still RELATIVELY high...
it is really hard to judge and I find that people that do most of the judging don't really have experience in party organization and have no concept of what it takes to make a party happen. Therefore, I don't think that price is part of the factors that make a good festival...
prices at the bar are a good indicator of the intention of the organizers.

Hello dudes!!
Thank's Marian, you have seen it, about prices... as you have sayd is a dificult question, because in order to have a nice festival, music is vey important...but, i racken that in the present the artists, some...are on the same level of expences of an ordinary Rock Star, so that some times increase the final price to the public. Another thing is that never the people who work for festival, get at lest the respect of those artist's that never remember the real true... without those people, they don't have festival's to be a Star...

vibes are important
its pity that a big festival in morocco coming next summer the organiser vibes is like shit,,,,, 
but the organiser is also a good vampire, so he can suck some good vibes or making some good souls working on it
