choose a deserted place in a reach of 1-2 hours drive but far away from civilization and go booom.

i think that this is a much better way of doing things in place of going to a scene thats about to get busted
and about walky talkies........u need it for communication because some outdoors are no good for GSM and CDMA.

isnt it sad that people have to come up with these kind of ideas just to bloody party!! i mean give us a break yaar and let us party..im so fed up of reading abt the cops and media even though i am not in india!!!
mahakaal if u can pull something like that off kudos to u but i think its not abt doing things secretly .. what's important is changing the perception in india that its not about the d's and the firangi's
its about the goddamn music..

ppls perception will change in time but in the mean time there can be some fun too.....
specially when u dont want a busted party or when u dont want to get urself busted.

so i went on to their website to read a bit more about what they stand for and had a good laugh this morning.

Anyway , yes you can continue hosting secret parties but in the long run changing the perception of the masses will be more effective. its not an easy task but if we all ,instead of talking actually do something we can overcome this daunting task.
i was talking to dogon and this is just an idea and i dont know how effective it would be but a definite start- write to your local newspapers/mags etc about how as party goers you are being harassed for no rhyme or reason and raising more awareness on the situation.

there is no need to start calling or mailing ndtv or any other channel.
things can be done in a legal and organized manner and parties wil go off smooth as silk- with the press and necessary authorities around.
the press just has to see that no banned substances are being used inside the venue and they wil be off our back.
give them a chance so they can give our musik a chance.
just my opinion.

and anyways i second the fact that no substance abuse should happen in parties- its just adding to the badnaami of this genre and making it more hard for people who want to hear a nice artist.
keep it simple and its not too hard to party i think.
