you can get a ti second hand for that price if you need the integration and if you like to program patch with the mouse maybe you don t need more than a virus snow , second hand it worth it imo you can find some around 600 dollars or less .
personally i would go with the snow cause it s the most portable |

'Almost', it's got less cpu, so less voices and parts multitimbrality (16 to 4), and your missing out on a whole lot knobs.
The knob part however is quite important as without them, like on the Snow, you're still editing pretty much everything with your mouse on your screen, thus making the Snow feel somewhat like a vst instrument, rather than a hardware unit.
But the sound is 100 % the same. |

i confirm what skyhighatrist says about the Ti, it can do almost any sound but none of them is really fat, apart from some typical sounds. but with the right fx`s on it its a decent synth. would not advise it for psy, its not having a psycharacter, nordlead would be my first choice for that. now using the Ti as soundcard, decent, and planning to use it as patchbay for my nord, Ti has midi through and analog ins. its for now the center of my setup.

My mate Audioform got a Virus C for 500€.
Has the extra filters, polyphony, wavetables has all the knobs and sounds better than the TI.
If I ever got a Virus synth again, it would the B/C. The TI is not worth the money imo.
