a new gathering uniting California's trance cultures
Living in California we are very fortunate to have not one, but two
internationally recognized trance communities. Both special and unique
in their own ways.
These two scenes however function very independently of each other,
with out much influence or connection. We feel it is time to take
another step, and work towards bringing these communities closer
together.
2 crews, 2 scenes, 1 state, 1 gathering united for our common Unified Vision...

Max and Davina are a french couple, one of the only couples who produce
trance music today. They lived for few years in San Francisco where Max was
part of the Biodegradable project ( composed of Sammy "CPU", Nick
"Mekanikka", and
Max) From the time that Max and Davnia decided to make
music together, their reputation has been rapidly growing. Davina is
also one of the
most active female producers as well. Always in the studio, and very
active on stage. Making for a very dynamic live act ,and one of the
most talked about and respected in the global scene. Now with their
highly anticipated second album "Breaking the Matrix" out now on
Mindcontrol, and this is set to be a very special performance

In addition we are also proud to present:
Shawnodese for his return US appearance. Long noted for being one of
Europe's top rated old school dj's, and for having a ripping style that
destroys dance floors all over the world. Known for his selection of floor
killing unreleased blasters, and world class mixing, this will be a very
powerful set from one of the dj masters himself

well i was going to wait for the new album to come out to post this, as this event is still aways out
anyways though...
yes Max and Davina will be live in LA in May.
Of all the acts i saw last year, in the US and overseas, the Sirius Isness live set i caught in Portugal was by far the best. Amazing technical ability, mixed with the amazing presence and energy a husband and wife team can have......
its just very dynamic, and warm feeling at the same time
not to mention just the overall quality of their music

green sector isnt the only game in town in LA.
besides them
Moontribe (though they arent really trance)
Psytribe (my personal favorite)
and a host of smaller more undergorund collectives
gots to spead the love around
