Thanks for the pictures =D too bad I am not in any of them. Looking at these pictures brings huge smiles to my face! Something else happend at this party that is timeless for me... I will never forget it. |

what can i say that was my first time playing and partying down in SoCal . and it ROCKED!
what a great location to. i miss the desert already.
thank you Lawrence and Conor for the everything.
thank you all the dancers. especialy durring my set.
thank you all you other dj's for playing sirius killer dope sets!

i wasn't sure how my music would go down so early in the party but from the freekout time i saw everyone having i know it was perfect. every track was either my own or a colaboration tracks with my house mate Chromatone.
i know now that all my crazy dancefloor mania tracks even work in SoCal.
one funny note is that as i was listening to everyones sets i only heard 2 songs replayed throughout the party, and they were both ones that were written by us.
there has to be more of this sort of party! more people from all over should get involved in bringing more people together.
well i can't wait for another chance to play down there. or another time to trag myself out of the fog and down to the sun.

You know what's so funny Random. I was talking to my friends and I was like "You know Random sounds allot like Chromatone" Hehe. You 2 are genius I tell you. I love the style you guys have. Amazing! Keep up the quality music! I wish I could collaborate with you or Chromatone and learn. Peace. |

100 % agree with what's been said here. I was blown away by the decorum, sound, music, and nonstop energy provided by all of you.
Despite losing sleep all week and making the lengthy drive from SF heading into the event, I had no problems keeping myself going into the morning. I was able to capture a few nice shots of the packed floor during Max and Davina's set, as well as a few close-ups of the technicians themselves. I will get them up soon.
Paradigm was surgical. Great track selection (I love your enthusiasm for Pixel and Machines). And Spyros - thanks for hitting me with 'Planet'. ! Also enjoyed your set as always.
But what was up with the tepoz tripper rolling into the booth and trying to dance with Davina. I literally saw this guy plant his gatorade bottle right on the left side CDJ and make himself at home! A near disaster.
Great meeting new people and making lasting memories at the ranch.

This party had the perfect blend of music...absolutely no quarrels from me...
and the people loved it!!!
and I loved how many people were there...the dance floor was always crowded.
Psyclops, you had a bomb ass dark trance set that was perfect for that time of night (10-12:30) and you had alot of people interested.
But at 1am all of the sudden,,,,,BAM, there was like 200 people on the dance floor. Random, you seriously kicked some ass, you have some good music. It's a mixture of light and dark, leaning ever so slightly toward the light side.
By 3am, there was like 300 people dancing. I've honestly never played in front of that many people, it was fuckin great. For those of you who didn't see me, I was the one in the jedi robe with braided hair. My picture on Konflux's site looks terrible cause I didn't know he was taking my picture until I looked over (I normally don't look good, I really have to try/prepare myself, but whatever)
I had to leave at 7:45 am, but I know that the crowd was thick well into the afternoon. I was so glad that the music never got too cheezy the whole time I was there(not to say that it didn't get cheezy at all) Even Sirius was playing some hard driving shit half of the time......bottom line is that everyone was stoked about the tunes....I've never seen a crowd that into the music with that good of a vibe at the ranch. The music seemed to remain as 'psychedelic' trance and not just trance, ya know? It sucks that I had to leave, I really enjoyed Paradigms set in Vegas and I wanted to hear him on that system. Not to mention all the other DJs I missed. I just, like, want to fuckin LIVE at these parties.
Well, I'm on my way to Psyclops house to pick up a recorded DVD of this party (at least some of it). Maybe I'll find somewhere to post it for downloading.

K man....thx for the info....and does anyone know who this guy (short black hair and mid 20's as far as I remember) with the giant camera shooting all night/morning was? I'd love to see his pix, 'cause it all looked quite professional what he did....anyone got a clue

I got there not long after Bhodi had started and could tell right away there must have been something really good going on to set the stage for Bhodi’s jedi mind tricks. I could tell Random did his work pumping their heart rates and getting their heads in the right space. It’s about time he played down here. And I could even tell Psyclops had done some really good initial work setting people’s minds to stun and knocking them off whatever fluffy cloud they were on. So Bhodi had them all under his spell. Eating out of his hand. Kicking their ass. I don’t’ think anyone on that floor didn’t get it.
Shawnodese played some good tracks but they kept getting interrupted. Spyros wasn’t set to come on till later in the day so I left.
Good to see a lot of new faces at the Ranch. Keep em cumming
