Hey Ilse
And this is exactly what You said.
It is not regular produced & pressed CD from the factory, it's a CD-r with burned audio content on it & printed nice artwork.
Unless You have different, pressed CD.
Mine has CDr type number T80-UG-3
CDr serial number Z1 JH A188 K904....
Some info about differences http://www.discogs.com/help/submission-guidelines-release-format.html#CD_Versus_CDr

Agree, only format, I have nothing against. But for everyone should make a safety copy, because data can start to disappear even after few years of usage. (2 - max 10). For example mine Aes Dana "Aftermath" CDr released in 2000 is useless piece of plastic now.

Hey dudes
Now it is time to give u all a answer about the Weird Worlds Comp. discussion.
Yes ,it is right, the disc is a CD-R, but its not a homemade product , the whole package, labelprint, digipack and Cd production was made by a company as regular CD ,just the way how they putted the content on it is a differnt one, they was made with a big professional CD machine and not with a regular burner like u all have it.
And as u know, there are different qualitys of CD-R´s out on market, and that is a high quality one.
We was also suprised about it and asked the company holes in her belly, but they promissed us,it will have almost the same lifetime like a regual CD

Pressed or not,in the end,its up to u,how u handle your copy !!!
If u keep it like a treasure,u´ll have long time fun with it !!!!!!!!!!!

Kind regards from Hamburg - Phil & Rami
