I agree, and I belive chemical drugs are a bigger "part" of the scene in Russia as well. DirRty drgs. DiRrty music. Chemical Crew anyone?  .. But of cource, I'm just guessing by the face looks of most people attending parties in the places you wrote about. .. Not that the rest of the world is any better
